Refund policy

• All products are checked for any manufacturing defects before being shipped to customers. In the case that a defect was found upon receipt of goods, please contact us immediately.
• Contact must be made within 14 calendar days from day of receipt to qualify for a return or refund case.
• All return shipping costs must be paid for by the customer.
• All goods sold are final. Change of mind does not qualify for a legitimate return or refund.
• All legitimate refund cases will be processed and payment will be made in 5-7 business days.

Lug to Lug Malaysia reserves the right to amend and/or modify our return and refund policy at our discretion.
